TXMX Mexican Lager 5.3%
Light, crisp, clear looking, refreshing and absolutely crushable! Why call it TexMex? Because it’s a Mexican Lager recipe that is brewed in Texas! This is another excellent choice for all your outdoor activities and parties alike. Garnish your can or glass in lime, salt, chili powder, chamoy or a combination of all! Better yet, make yourself a michelada with this because it’ll pair nicely with any of the mentioned. Or be a purist and drink it straight. Either way, we think you’ll be satisfied with this TexMex Lager!

El Hefe - 4.5% ABV
This is a traditional German styled beer that translates to yeast (Hefe) and wheat (Weizen). This beer will have flavor notes of banana and clove; many other traditional hefeweizens have bubblegum flavor characteristics as well. This is one of the brews that has been tweaked and brewed over and over again during our pilot series and this is where it’ll likely stay. As one of the favorite styles from the founder of Saludos Brewing Co., we feel the name El Hefe is appropriate and a fun take on our Tex-Mex lingo with a twist of German language due to the style of beer. This is definitely an excellent choice for hot summer days by the pool or BBQ.
-
Casa Blanca Wheat Ale- ABV 4.4% ABV
Also known as a Witbier, this style of beer originated in Germany and if wasn’t obvious enough, we use white wheat in the recipe. We named this beer after our local lake, Lake Casa Blanca due to the major use of white wheat grains during the brew process. This brew can be enjoyed all year long, can be garnished with many items but is best garnished with an orange wedge. It is light, crisp and refreshing!

Steam Beer - ABV 4.5%
One of the first craft beer styles that originated in the United States, California Steam was born out of the lack of refrigeration available in the mid-19th Century. During the Gold Rush brewers had no access to ice, refrigeration or even cold water, so they improvised a brewing technique using lager yeasts at ale yeast temperatures. The result was a beer with a distinct flavor profile, a perfect cross between a lager and ale. For years, steam beer was regarded as a blue collar beer - inexpensive and readily available for working class. A light and refreshing beer, steam beer was a favorite among those who worked manual labor jobs in the California heat. Flavor Notes: Slightly toasty, malty, slight hop bite, mildly dry. Similar to Amber, yet different.
-
Americano Amber Ale - ABV 4.5%
We’ve brewed this Amber Ale several times during our pilot series and how we came across this potential final recipe is quite the story. We’ll keep it short here, basically we had a bunch of mix/match ingredients and determined that we can brew an Amber Ale with what we had in hand. The result was quite surprising! Our Americano Amber Ale definitely doesn’t shy away from traditional Amber Ales with the malty flavors and darker looking color. Definitely worth having in your cooler for your backyard parties, BBQs and gatherings alike.
-
La Sancha P.O.G. Ale. ABV 4.3%
Whats P.O.G.? Passion Fruit, Orange and Guava. Just as you'd think, this ale is packed with the mentioned fruit flavors. Sweet, crisp, and refreshing! Why La Sancha? We're not really sure but we're sure it may have made you laugh!
-

La Suegra Pale Ale ABV 4.4%
Who doesn't love La Suegra?!? She's Golden looking, slight hop bitterness and 100% pleasant! We designed this recipe to be a session pale ale that's not too bitter. You'll get some Citrus bitter flavors that is not too over powering, you can crush this beer all day.
-
Juguito IPA. ABV 5.0%
Juicy and hazy is the name of the game with this brew. This is citrus forward, mildly sweet and you might even get plenty of grapefruit notes. No there is not any fruit added, all the citrus flavors are thanks to the hops used. There's a 50/50 ratio of dry hopping during the brewing process with Citra and Mosaic hops.
-
Gallo Negro Black IPA ABV 5.0%
This is a South Texas Collaborative Brew. In collaboration with 5x5 Brewing Co. from Mission, Texas, Pluton brewing Co from Brownsville, Texas, and Howling Rabbits Beer Works from McAllen, Texas. This is dark beer that has chocolate and coffee roasts characteristics at 1st sip and nice bitterness from hops on the back end. Very Similar to a Stout, just more bitter.
-
Cerveza Negra Stout ABV 5.7%
Indeed this is a dark beer, like really, really dark and looks black. Roasty, malty, and coffee characteristics are present but there is absolutely no coffee added to this brew. We will brew more stouts in the future and will likely reserve our best aged stouts for the colder months. If you're a dark beer fan, you may want to stay tuned with what we will be releasing come Winter.
-
El Chaparro Black Lager ABV 4.9%
This brew is dedicated to the man who did it all. The physical labor of demolition, renovation, and fabrication of all the brewery's needs. No one really knows his real name, he just goes by El Chaparro. His Favorite style of beer is a lager yet he enjoys a stout every once in a while so we brewed up something that's kind of in between. Don't be fooled by the looks, its dark yet crisp and refreshing. You'll notice roasty notes with the crispness of a lager. Cheers!
-
Mangonada Wheat Ale ABV 4.0%
Slight sweetness from Mango combined with the traditional wheat ale flavors. This is the same recipe as our El Hefe Hefeweizen but infused with mango along with a different German styled yeast. This is definitely a refreshing delight for those hot summer days!
STX Stinger Honey Golden Ale ABV 4.9%
We collaborated with our good friends over at La Gora Azul Ranch with this special edition, limited brew. We continue to donate our grains from brewing our beer to their ranch, which then goes to feeding their livestock. As a thank you from La Gorra Azul Ranch, they offered some of their local honey and we decided to brew this mildy sweet, crisp and refreshing beer. DRINK LOCAL CRAFT!Amigo Light ABV 3.8%
